Ace Signal collects only the account and product-use data needed to run this beta map responsibly. We collect data under the principles of transparency, legitimate purpose, and proportionality.

What We Collect

• Email address and optional display name
• Requested account type, optional area of interest, and optional reason for joining
• Business verification request details when submitted
• Watchlist actions, public profile publication actions, credits, and account audit history
• Session cookies, IP-based security/rate-limit logs, and first-party product analytics

Why We Collect It

• Sign-in, account management, and business verification
• Operating the public map, watchlists, and profile publication workflow
• Protecting the service against abuse and investigating incidents
• Understanding which parts of the map and product are actually useful

How Long We Keep It

We keep account and audit records for as long as the beta account exists, or as long as needed for security, legal, and operational reasons. We aim to keep retained data proportional to the beta's needs.

Who We Share It With

We may use hosting, email, database, and infrastructure providers to operate the beta. We do not sell personal information gathered through the signup flow.
